 Well the problem found. Yes it is just that macos 10.13.6 does not work ok
 with clang 16 . But it still needs to be solved in macport self.
 By adding a patch. Guess it will be to downgrade the compiler on macos
 10.12.. and 10.13... only. But still do not know which is the highest
 possible version. And way to do. So I think the ticket should remained
 open till that is done.
