 As per https://wheel.readthedocs.io/en/stable/news.html :
 > 0.43.0 (2024-03-11) \\
 > Dropped support for Python 3.7

 This is the cause of the reports of "Expected maxsize to be an integer or
 None" errors. The py37 subport should be reverted to 0.42.0.
