 To summarize:

 https://github.com/ali-rantakari/icalBuddy is the original project which
 had its most recent release almost ten years ago.

 https://github.com/dkaluta/icalBuddy64 is the fork that homebrew is using;
 it had its most recent release four years ago.

 If you just want to install the program outside of MacPorts, you can get a
 precompiled binary from
 https://github.com/dkaluta/icalBuddy64/releases/latest

 It should be easy enough to add a proper build-from-source Portfile to
 MacPorts.
