mesa @17.1.6 build failed on Snow Leopard

Could be a problem -- 10.6 supports TLS only with gcc/libgcc at present. Not sure yet if Marcus' clang/libgcc tricks will allow TLS on 10.6.

But I notice this, which could be helpful:

> -DGLX_USE_TLS

Might be possible to turn that off.
