Xcode command-line tools 11.0 yet macOS 10.14.5 & MacPorts 2.5.4?

In macOS 10.14.5 I’m using MacPorts 2.5.4. The Xcode command-line tools are version 10.2.1 (as is Xcode itself).

Oddly, I’m getting notifications that an update of command-line tools to beta 1 for Xcode 11 is available.

Should I upgrade that now (strange I’d get a beta notification!), or is it incompatible with current MacPorts 2.5.4?
