XCode 15.1 and macports?

I just installed Ventura (13.6.3) on my M2Pro Mini and then the Xcode 15.1 CLI toolkit. I then did a port update without any odd behaviors. However, when linking (this is all gfortran stuff using mp-gcc12) I get the following notifications when the link is completed:

-macosx_version_min has been renamed to -macos_version_min
ld: warning: ignoring duplicate libraries: '-lemutls_w', '-lgcc’

The “make” was done in a way that forced all code to be recompiled, so none of this is due to any leftovers from a prior compiler version, and no libraries were explicitly specified in the make. The linked executable appears to be OK, but I’ve not done anything like exhaustive testing. It would be nice, however, to get rid of these post-link messages (as in resolve them, not just redirect them to /dev/null).
