Merging changes to the ChangeLog. Branch again mirrors trunk, trunk/base at r25812 specifically (that is, not merging boeyms' whitespace commit, r25876).
Everything here is ready for merging back into trunk, only waiting for some updates that need to happen on the rsync server, real soon now!
