	Hey Kevin! Remember this commit in which you abstracted bzip2's path 
and left it to autoconf to figure out at configure time? I have one 
question about it:

	Now that we have a base/src/registry1.0/registry_autoconf.tcl.in 
autoconfiscated file, shouldn't the "clean" (or "distclean"?) target of 
that dir's Makefile delete the generated registry_autoconf.tcl file?
