Revision: 33556
          http://trac.macosforge.org/projects/macports/changeset/33556
Author:   jmpp at macports.org
Date:     2008-01-29 21:41:06 -0800 (Tue, 29 Jan 2008)

Log Message:
-----------

 * Whitespace cleanup around the <literallayout> tag in ticketing guidelines;
 * We also consider documentation contributions as a valid reason to apply for commit rights;
 * Finally, improve a bit our membership application protocol, to minimize the amount of mails
 that fly between PortMgr, the applicant and our Mac OS Forge liaison: we now require the desired
 handle and the forwarding address up-front.
