Removing this stale port. 
* Fetch fails
* Authors website is not reachable
* Authors email fails to deliver
* Unit tests don't run on current stable ruby
* There are no newer versions
* The ruby package indexes don't know anything newer about it (the project by the same name on rubyforge is a different software)
* Removal discussed on the list
