Log Message:
KDE 1.1 PortGroup: Make sure to not use any already installed headers and libraries by removing -I${prefix}/include and -L${prefix}/lib from standaard configure variables.  Reasons: (1) These are already set in the standard CPATH and LIBRARY_PATH; and (2) CMake is installed into ${prefix}, and so these paths are already in the CMake header and library search path.
