gnucash: update to v2.4.0
* use webkit-gtk instead of gtkhtml3 for html rendering by default;
provide +gtkhtml variant
* use guile 1.8 instead of guile 1.6
* remove without_quotes variant (see #17745)
* remove old patchfiles
