rust: Switch back to blacklist and expand allowed compilers.

The following compilers are newly available for building:
- apple-gcc-4.2
- clang-211 to clang-421
- {macports-,}llvm-gcc-4.2
- macports-clang-3.{0,1}
- macports-gcc-4.{8,9}
