Zero King (l2dy) pushed a change to branch jberry-dropprivs
in repository macports-base.

     was 24fbfe0  Fixed a bug where port upgrade -uf would stupidly fail on a non-installed port. I wish I could exit and say: "sorry, this port isn't installed, why do you want to upgrade it?", but the upgrade code is so ugly that this would break it up.

The revisions that were on this branch are still contained in
other references; therefore, this change does not discard any commits
from the repository.
