[macports-ports] branch master updated: Updates to the various gcc<X> and libgcc<X> ports to update gcc8 to 8.2 stable release and to add new gcc9 port based on a current beta snapshot. libgcc-devel consequently updated to now be based of the same gcc9 snapshsot.
