svn up occasional SSL negotiation failure

I see this all the time, from my MacPorts svn and my Ubuntu Dapper  
svn, especially when I'm trying to commit all those svn:eol-style and  
svn:keywords property changes to all the files.  It doesn't seem to  
happen much on checkouts or updates for me.
