Adding additional arguments to daemondo

I have dhcpd running on a iMac that is on a wireless network (no
wired) and when the system boots, because the wireless network is on
yet, DHCP starts from launchd, but immediately fails:

===
Not configured to listen on any interfaces!

If you did not get this software from ftp.isc.org, please
get the latest from ftp.isc.org and install that before
requesting help.

I was able to get it to work by adding

<string>--restart-netchange</string>

to /Library/LaunchDaemons/org.macports.dhcpd.plist so when the
wireless network comes up, it restarts and dhcpd works, but there
doesn't appear to be a way to do this in looking through
portstartupitem.tcl. If there's a way to append or prepend to args,
then this could be added.

Any suggestions?

Regards,
Blair
