Documentation Manpage Authors

Hi all,

I have a question regarding the authors in our new man pages.

Would it be ok if we just merge them all together in one list and then xinclude
this file in every man page or should they stay separated/different?

The only thing which would change is that every man page contains then all
authors of all man pages:

- Chris Ridd <cjr at opendarwin.org>
- Felix Kroniage <fkr at opendarwin.org>
- Jordan K. Hubbard <jkh at macports.org>
- Juan Manuel Palacios <jmpp at macports.org>

- Kevin Van Vechten <kevin at opendarwin.org>
- Landon Fuller <landonf at macports.org>
- Mark Duling <markd at macports.org>
- Markus W. Weissmann <mww at macports.org>
- Paul Guyot <pguyot at kallisys.net>
- Yves de Champlain <yves at macports.org>
