svn:eol-style property

Because somebody may edit it on a non-Unix platform and introduce CRLF's 
into it.

For any Python, Ruby, Perl, shell scripts, having svn:eol-style set to 
native is a good thing.  I'm not aware of any reasons not to have it set.
