Randall, I see you making these changes to many ports. Your log  
message only refers to ticket #11664 but you're also removing -no-cpp- 
precomp which isn't mentioned in that ticket. What's -no-cpp-precomp  
for, why was it in all those ports before, and why is it ok to remove  
it now? Thanks.
