Update science/chemtool to version 1.6.10

Hi,
I just tried installing chemtool in version 1.6.10 with a modified
Portfile. It works fine with no errors so it would be nice if you could
update the Portfile in the subversion repository.
Here is the patch for the Portfile which worked for me:
