I don't like that the version was changed from "2.30.4" to "Release
2.30.8". The version should always only be the number, e.g. "2.30.8".
The version should definitely not contain a space.
Also, logtalk Release 2.30.8 won't fetch:
$ sudo port install logtalk

I'm confused by the mismatch between the port version (2.30.8) and
the name of the distfile (lgt2309).
By the way, you can avoid the doubled slash in the download URL by
using "master_sites ${homepage}files/" (instead of "master_sites $
{homepage}/files/").
