Gnupg 2.0.7 Portfiles

I found port tree has gnupg 2.0.4 only. So I took some time and worked
out working portfiles for it. Sorry I can not log into macports.org
trac. I always get incorrect password message. I even reset my password
and it remains the same. So I send files here.

For 2.0.7, libksba & libassuan need be upgraded. Attached port files are
for libksba 1.0.2, libassuan 1.0.3 & gnupg 2.0.7.
