Nope, but we can revise it when source code or Mac OS X 10.4.11 comes...
(it's just a minor sanity check anyway, don't want to manage OS updates)

BTW;
Wonder when Darwin 9.0 will be out ? I'm guessing "tomorrow" is naive ?
