*-devel ports

This port (zeroinstall-injector-devel) built from tip-of-trunk with some
experimental configuration (shared cache between users and with full  
i18n).

However, upstream moved to GIT instead of SVN and MacPorts doesn't  
support
that as easily and the code patches weren't updated to the latest  
version...


Rather than delete the code, it was left as-was with the older release.
Maybe it could be continued and updated later, maybe it should be  
deleted.

Either way, it doesn't install the exact same thing as the non-devel  
port.
So it's just not the version number that differed between the two ports.
