caml vs. ocaml

A number of ports are named "caml-", but are actually OCaml ports.  
They seem to only be used as dependencies for Unison (which is written  
in OCaml).

Objections to changing their name to ocaml? This will probably cause a  
headache for anyone who currently has Unison installed.
Other suggestions?
