I still like 'archs any' more than 'archs noarch', but I can live with 
the latter. For reference, the ticket requesting a way of marking ports

Avoiding issues with distributing binaries is the stated motivation, but 
now that we mirror distfiles it's sometimes an issue there as well as 
you noted.
