minskim is not a committer and so doesn't appear in the "Assign To"  
popup menu. You've already Cc'd the maintainer, which is the next  
best thing.

If the maintainer does not respond to the ticket within 72 hours  
another committer can commit the fix. Since it's already been 5 days,  
any committer should feel free to handle this ticket now.
