minor bug in octave-[forge] ports

I think there is a minor bug in the octave-[forge] ports, specifically 
when deactivating (or uninstalling).  The octave package database file 
is not updated with the fact that the package has been removed.  A 
simple repeat of the command currently called in "post-activate" would 
suffice, but there does not seem to be a "post-deactivate" feature 
implemented in Macports.  Any chance this feature could be implemented? 
  If not, any suggestions for a workaround?
