ATLAS 64bit defect

Hi,
i filed a ticket a while ago that ATLAS in macports gets currently compiled
as 64bit. Unfortunatly the orginal maintainer doesnt seem to respond, so i'm
posting it to the mailing list.

The part in the ATLAS documentation covering the flag is here (Section

The port is also outdated and i could provide a Portfile for the new
version, i just decided to not include the version bump in the defect patch
