To chime in here, why are we validating the secondary categories at all?

The primary category is the one listed first, which name has to match
the parent directory of the port directory. But for the secondary
categories there is no need to limit them to a specific set in my
opinion. I would rather say they are like those web 2.0 tags, which make
it easier to find ports and should be chosen freely.
