renaming vtk ports

I've removed $x11prefix from the x11 variant in vtk-devel (@5.4.0 in the svn
trunk).  I've yet to test the x11 variant, but I will compare the settings
against vtk5.   I suppose your ticket applies to vtk5 and I'm not doing any
work on that (all my attention is on vtk-devel, as that is the most recent
release).
