emacs 23.1

OK. Thanks.  I added to the those tickets.

I don't care about a emacs-22 version but imagine that some people
might (especially when their .emacs doesn't work with 23.1 and they
don't want to fix it, they can just install the emacs-22 port and be
back in business).
