Remaining tickets for 1.8.2 release

The only remaining obstacles to a 1.8.2 release are these two tickets:

<http://trac.macports.org/ticket/21713>

Both may already be fixed in trunk, but someone affected by the problems
described needs to confirm this.

#18736 is currently in the 1.8.2 milestone as well, but as no working
patch has been forthcoming we really have no choice but to kick it out
into MacPorts Future.
