It took awhile, but yes, I was able to install kdesdk4 on Mac OS X  
10.5.6 Intel with Xcode 3.1.2.

I can try on PowerPC too if you need, but it will probably take a  
week to compile; my Power Mac G4 is a lot slower than my MacBook Pro.
