Yeah, I noticed it was in the guide but not in portfile(7) hence I added it
(since I use 'man portfile' more than the guide for referencing such stuff).

As far as adding it to ports, it should definitely be added to any that will
have issues when such changes occur (eg bind9, but that already has it).
apache2, for example, doesn't seem to have an issue with it, though that
could be because I have it set to listen on * instead of specific IPs.
