Unprivilged install regression?

Using trunk, I have encountered what looks like a regression from the
Unprivileged Install patch.

When working with the couchdb portfile, I found that directories installed using

  xinstall -o user -g group NAME

don't have the user ownership they should have anylonger. I haven't investigated
properly, but but I thought I still give quick a headsup. The group is still
the expected one, but user was root, which is the default one I reckon.
