Are you sure? As I can't find any mention of librsvg in the gtk2 sources:

[ram at cizin gtk+-2.14.5]$ grep -r librsvg *
[ram at cizin gtk+-2.14.5]$ grep -r LIBRSVG *
[ram at cizin gtk+-2.14.5]$
