djvulibre ports

Could anyone commit these ports:

http://trac.macports.org/ticket/16988 - new djview port, depends on qt4
http://trac.macports.org/ticket/16941 - updated djvulibre port

It seems some additional variants can be added to djvulibre port:
	- QuickLook plugin
	- Spotlight plugin
The problem is that the main makefile doesn't handle the additional  
project. I don't know how to modify phases to build them all.
