Descriptive commit messages (was: propchange - r51648 svn:log)

Toby,

Going forward, could you I ask you to be more descriptive in your  
commit messages? Ideally you should state what you've changed and  
also why (unless it's obvious). "What" can be seen by looking at the  
diff, but when looking through a log full of changes, reading a  
concise summary of the "what" is quicker. I know you're busy and this  
takes more time, but it will help anyone who looks through the log  
later to understand the changes and your motivation for making them.
