Java JNI bindings are also installed /Library/Java/Extensions, such as  
subversion-javahlbindings.

$ port contents subversion-javahlbindings
Port subversion-javahlbindings contains:
   /Library/Java/Extensions/libsvnjavahl.jnilib
   /opt/local/lib/libsvnjavahl-1.0.0.0.dylib
   /opt/local/lib/libsvnjavahl-1.0.dylib
