Looking for a portfile review before submitting (rbldnsd)

Seems to be working now with
distname            ${name}_${version}

Seems to take a lot longer, since it now has to time out on
--->  Attempting to fetch rbldnsd_0.996b.tar.gz from http://distfiles.macports.org/rbldnsd

Instead of going right to the source as I had it before.  Is the idea  
macports will cache this file at some point or something?
