First off, this isn't a management issue, so macports-dev is the
appropriate venue for discussion.

I would guess that the server is running trunk, which automatically adds
these dependencies when you set e.g. 'use_autoreconf yes'. But to work
with 1.7, the ports still need to explicitly declare the dependencies.
