port commit not making it into rsync server

Earlier, I committed a change to gmp
(http://trac.macports.org/changeset/47853).

It has been many hours, and the change has not shown up when
I run port sync.

I do not see the change to graphviz-devel either
(http://trac.macports.org/changeset/47862).

Can anyone guess why this might be happening?
