I got it from switch.*, mesh.* and kent.* with the wrong checksum.

Is it possible they uploaded a different tarball to sourceforge?

I tried to diff the tarballs, but the sourceforge tarball seems to be
broken.

gzip: stdin: invalid compressed data--format violated
