swi-prolog: building 64-bit

The general instructions for building any port 64-bit are to set  
build_arch to x86_64 in macports.conf (on Intel; on PowerPC, it would  
be ppc64). I do not know if swi-prolog supports building 64-bit on  
Leopard or at all.
