builds and installs gcc44 on x86_64-apple-darwin10 using the files...

Portfile_final.diff

gcc44-config.guess.diff 
gcc44-PR41180.diff 
gcc44-disable-libjava.diff

where the last three are new patches for the files folder. I am currently
testing the file  Portfile_optimized.diff which adds a test for 
i386-apple-darwin* and in that case provides the proper optimization
for building the compiler by using...

configure.args-append --with-arch=nocona --with-tune=generic --build=i686-apple-darwin${os.major} --host=i686-apple-darwin${os.major} --target=i686-apple-darwin${os.major}

in that case. Enjoy.
