x86_64 10.5/i386 fink 10.6 and the options for MacPorts

The archive names should really contain build_arch rather than os.arch,
or universal_archs if appropriate, or noarch once we get a way to label
ports as such. Just one more task in the binaries/registry2.0 stuff that
will get worked on RSN.
