    As I said, my mistake. This was the original copy...

before I started working with Ben to merge it into the
current cvs config.guess file. I initially didn't add
back in the systcl test until I remembered that Ben was
the person who asked for it in the first place. I munged
that when I added it back (thanks for catching that).
