Yes, it appears that shebang requires an absolute path under OS X, so I 
can't really explain the intention of that line.   I included 
'ez_setup.py' to be used inside Python to satisfy the "from ez_setup 
import use_setuptools" line in the hgsvn 'setup.py'.  From what I 
understand in the 'hgsvn' bug reports, this dependency will be corrected 
in subsequent releases.
